On raising a son on the autism spectrum, progressive politics, pop culture, and coffee addiction.
YEEEE-HAAAWWWW!!!Er, I mean: awesome.
OK, me too.
Well, I voted for him AND caucused for him (thank you, bizarre Texas political process), so...me, too.
First comes the blog... next come the buttons and bumperstickers. Congrats on a candidate and amen for Ice Out '08 ending just in time for the yard signs to bloom!
Okay, this is totally off-topic but I had to know: Are you folks excited about Dierks' baby news?http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20201219,00.html
M, here's what I know: The world will be a better place with one more Bentley in it.Sending warm congratulations from Bud and me.
Not that I love either of the other two knotheads, but why Obama? He has such disdain for "white folk" as he calls us, that I fear for my "white male" sons. Autism-affected kids are 80% white males, so I think autism research will be at the bottom of his priority list.He has such strong family ties to radical Islam and socialism, neither of which are concerned with the individual's rights. Please check this out:http://www.rense.com/general82/obmmm.htmI just want a Pres who has the good of ALL Americans at heart.
MDMom, I'm not sure that I can give you a rationale that would be helpful, because I think we have fundamentally different takes on Obama. I do believe that he has the best interest of all Americans at heart. I think Hillary does as well. The thing that sets him apart for me, I think, is something akin to this.
