We had a similar incident several years back, captured in the poem that accompanies - and lends its name (29 Marbles) to - my blog. We too called a pediatrician (my brother's kid's doctors, since we were 1,500 miles from home for a Christmas visit with family). Like you, they told us, "As long as there is no pain or blockage..."
We never did figure out what happened to that last marble....
Glad everything came out OK. (Ouch, sorry about that.)

Well, THAT's a relief.
A penny saved is a penny earned. Make sure he deposits it in his piggy bank this time. Well, maybe not the same penny.
Sorry but...thanks for the laugh! I needed one today. :)
So you didn't have to spend the whole Saturday inside!
One ha'penny, two ha'penny, HOT CROSS BUNS!
